Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate follow up DETAILS: Following conversation with Gary Burnett with the state, I contacted Mr. Lee in order to talk to him about what is required following the latest high nitrate sample. The initial nitrate result was 13.2 and the latest was 9.48. The average of the two is 11.34 therefore, above the MCL and we require not only quarterly samples but also for a Public Notice to be posted. I explained this to Mr. Lee and sent him a copy of the nitrate template that was filled out in December for him. He will repost this notice. I also discussed possible treatment and also a meeting to educate on sampling procedures for nitrates sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up needed to discuss sampling and possible outcomes with the current results.
