Details:	SUMMARY: Master Plan in Progress DETAILS: The City of Madras contracted with ACM Engineers of Redmond over a year ago to complete a water system master plan. Keith said the City has received several drafts of the plan, but it has taken an excessive amount of time to get the document completed. Previous master plan was done in 1980(?) ACTION NEEDED: ACM Engineers to complete master plan and submit a copy to DWP for review.
