Details: SUMMARY: Conditions to maintain during Sed Basin repair DETAILS: System needs to take Sed Basin offline for sludge sweeper and tube settler upgrades. Time offline could be two weeks. Current raw water is from Rink Creek at pH of 6.3 and T of 11 C. Anticipated operating flow is 500 gpm. CT calculation done based on system information indicating adequate contact time under these conditions for effective 3.0-log treatment at first user. ACTION NEEDED: Lower alarm on turbidity meters from 0.25 NTU to 0.20 NTU. Fill reservoirs to capacity before taking Sed Basin offline. Increase hypochlorination to 1.5 mg/L.
