Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up coliform from January DETAILS: Follow up from unreported test from January alert. Four follow up samples were not submitted because they shock chlorinated the well immediately after the coliform alert. Five temporary routine samples are scheduled to be submitted in February. I explained to Carolyn shat the proper procedure should be with regards to drawing four samples within 24 hours after an alert and not to shock chlorinate until repeat samples are confirmed. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of five temporary routine samples in February.
