Details:	SUMMARY: Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) Change DETAILS: Water system fired the certified DRC on January 23, 2009. There is no current certified operator on staff. Water system has 30 days from notification date of January 26, 2009 to hire or contract a certified operator and notify the state. ACTION NEEDED: Need to remove Paul Patterson as contact for water system. Water system must submit information to the state by February 24, 2009. Update SDWIS
