Details: SUMMARY: System Survey Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Corrective action plan for system. Already put in place: Round down for temperature and up for pH. Temp pH and chlorine residuals taken daily. Long term LT1 surface water testing began October 1st. The following items can be repaired by May 30th: Install overflow pipe flap valve. Filter profile after backwash. External rust filter tank rust removal. These items require setting up appointments and acquiring proper budget. We are hoping to have the remaining items done by the end of August. ACTION NEEDED: Install tank outflow meter in mainline. After meter is installed have a tracer study done. Install an automated or semi automated system with turbidity alarm. Follow action plan
