| Details: | SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: Coliform received 3 days late. I called Steve at Pyxis Lab in Redmond on April 14th. He said that he mailed them on April 8 or 9. He thought that post marked by the 10th was OK. I told him that they had to be received by the 10th. He said that the bad weather this quarter delayed the sample run until late March and that he had trouble getting the very large report ready for mailing on time. He said that he felt that he had let down his clients and as a remedy he plans to go to electronic submission of all results from now on. ACTION NEEDED: Submit results on time in the future. | ||
