Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: No sample submitted for 4th quarter 2008. She said her husband took the sample to Umpqua Labs on December 30th. They were closed until after the new year. The sample was taken and submitted in January. It should count for the 1st quarter 2009 ACTION NEEDED: Sample needs to be submitted to state for 1st quarter 2009
