Details:	SUMMARY: Drop in pH DETAILS: Letter sent stating that the pH in the water system had dropped below 7.2 during the month of March. Readings below 7.2 for pH are termed "excursions" and numerous excursions lead to violations. The real concern is that excursions can reduce the safety of the water for your consumers. I am willing to review your practices at your treatment facility. ACTION NEEDED: none
