Details:	SUMMARY: Water distribution system master plan DETAILS: Mr. Parks is president of the water board. The system is planning to extend a water main to serve a new customer and David Evans Engineers prepared a distribution system master plan in 2003. DWP received a draft master plan 6/29/2004 and it was assigned plan review number 155-2004. The overall master plan was apparently never finalized, but Mr. Parks will send the distribution plan to the Pendleton office for review to see if plan review 155-2004 can be finalized. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to submit distribution plan with proposed main extension project. DWP to determine if additional information is needed to approve water main extension project and if master plan can be finalized..
