Details: SUMMARY: coliform violation DETAILS: Phone consultation with Rob to discuss why there has not been a coliform test since the 2nd quarter of 2008 and no nitrate test since 2007. He stated he was not sure about the required testing but would talk to the owner, Korky Avakian, about the water testing. An ownership change took place about 2 years ago and the name has changed from Texaco Foods to Halsey Shell. An info change form was filled out. Informed the manager of their system ID number, provided information on the required water testing from a certified water lab, and mailed the facility handouts on the drinking water program and water testing. ACTION NEEDED: Informed manager to have a water test taken for the 1st quarter of 2009 and a nitrate test taken for 2009
