Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic exceed MCL DETAILS: 6/18/09 Brad Daniels from the state sent this system a violation for MCL exceedance for arsenic on May 19,2009. This letter defined a timeline by which the system needs to initiate corrective actions. I spoke with John on June 1, 2009 and asked him to send me a copy of public notice he posted. He faxed me one that was from 3rd quarter 2008. I asked him to send a current on and did not hear back. I sent a letter on June 8 requesting the same in writing. I havent heard a response from him ACTION NEEDED: System needs to notify state as to which correction option they will take by August 30, 2009. Need public notice each quarter
