Details: SUMMARY: Tetrachloroethlene (PCE) detect DETAILS: Alert was sent to this office on 8/7/09 and the sample date was 1/22/09 for a level of (PCE) was at .56mg/l. This alert is a correction as it is the same sample date of 1/22/09 but the level is at .00056 mg/l. Called Shaun and left message letting him know that the correct test result level is now on the state database. ACTION NEEDED: I will discuss with Pet Farrelly at state about switching the system to annual sampling for PCE. They are below the MCL levels with 4th quarter 2008 and 1st quarter 2009 at no detect.
