Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency/Tenant complaint DETAILS: Field visit on 6/5/09 and spoke with park manager - Carol. Deficient on the following: Operations & Maintenance, Certified Operator, Consumer confidence report. The operations & maintenance manual has been completed and organized with the ERP and is available on site for operator access. Roger Hanson has completed the certified operator course and is taking one more class this month, June 25th. The Consumer Confidence report will be mailed out at the beginning of July 2009. A complaint regarding the water smelling like sewage was also invertigated and found not to be a problem. I sampled water at the complaintants residence (Robert Dean 34956 Seavey Lap RD Eugene, OR 97405 #32 ph. 541-746-1194) for chlorine and delivered a copy of the water survey explaining the effects os sulphur naturally occurring in ground water and what the options were for decreasing the odor.
