Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted jack who was not aware that there was a coliform positive. He stated that they had not done any repairs or disturbed the water system, that he was aware of. He said he would contact Kuo labs to take the required repeat samples today. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples as soon as possible. If all are negative resume quarterly monitoring.
