Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: May 15, 2009 coliform sample positive. May 19, 2009 I called the system and spoke to a representative. She told me that repeat samples were taken on May 15, and the results were negative for coliform. Scott Senter also informed me that no chlorination was done to correct the bacteria problem prior to the collection of the four repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to take five routine coliform samples in June.
