| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for reporting DETAILS: In field consultation with Stacey to discuss why there has not been a coliform test since the 1st quarter of 2008 and no nitrate test since 2007. She stated she was not aware of the required testing and an ownership change took place in December of 2008. The store name has changed from Tangent Shell toe Shell #508. Informed the manager of their system ID number and provided information on the required water testing. ACTION NEEDED: Have water test taken for the 2nd quarter of 2009 and a nitrate test for 2009 | ||
