Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I left a voice mail today for John at 5:25 pm advising him of the requirement to take 4 repeat samples within the next 24 hours. I spoke with John on 5/29/09 and confirmed that the 4 repeat samples had been delivered to Analytical Laboratories and Consultants, Inc. Sue Cummings reports that the results of the 4 repeat samples should be ready today after 5:00pm ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and at least 5 samples during June 2009. Awaiting results.
