| Details: | SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan(ERP) DETAILS: I met with Wayne today to review the requirements for ERP. HOA board members are planning to attend the operator certification class for small groundwater systems and take over routine operation of the system. We reviewed the 5 sections of the ERP. I encouraged Wayne to base the plan on the security and vulnerability. Also, they should include a water conservation plan to the advantage of their large volume of gravity storage. ACTION NEEDED: System to do a security and vulnerability assessment and complete an ERP for county review. | ||
