| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic alert DETAILS: I spoke with Bob about detections above the MCL taken 6/10/09. He was not aware of the results yet. I mentioned they are required to be doing quarterly arsenic monitoring at EP-A. The previous test was taken on 6/25/09. Bob said he was sure they were taking quarterly tests but the lab may not be reporting all of them. He is going to follow up on that. I also asked why they were reporting two samples labeled well 3, 4, and 5. He said they are not using well 5 at all, EP-A is well 3 and 4 blended and the other sample was from well 3 to monitor the arsenic level at the source. I asked him to make sure the required quarterly sample was labeled properly and was representative of what people are drinking. I also reminded Bob to do a public notice and I emailed him a template. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on monitoring and public notice. | ||
