Details: SUMMARY: coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with Connie and she said she took the original routine sample and chlorinated the sample tap with bleach but believes she set the lid to the bottle down in an unclean area. 4 repeat samples must be submitted by July 13, 2009 ACTION NEEDED: Submit 4 repeat samples. Waiting for results.
