Details:	SUMMARY: Investigation violation DETAILS: 7-29-09 Field visit at the camp to ask if Karen had taken a 2nd quarter coliform sample. She wasnt sure because the maintenance person for the camp had changed and she was afraid that the water sample may have slipped through the cracks. She thought that a sample was taken about a month ago but she wasnt sure if the sample was reported or if it was taken in June or July. According to SDWIS the sample was taken July 2. There was no 2nd quarter 2009 sample taken. ACTION NEEDED: System is now current with testing.
