Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: The routine test for this system taken on 3/26/09 was positive. One of the 4 repeats taken on 3/31/09 was also positive. These tests were not received by the state until 4/13/09 so were considered late. On 4/22/09 Russ Hanson advised Larry Smith (working with Orin Corak) on disinfection of the well, pressure tanks and distribution lines. On 4/29/09 I contacted Mr. Corak to review progress. The system had been disinfected and the lab out yesterday to collect 5 samples. Corak also said that they discovered a break in the line from the well to the pressure tanks. This was repaired. Corak emailed me a copy of the public notice that he distributed to the users for the unresolved total coliform problem. (Copy attached) ACTION NEEDED: Wait on results of 5 routines in April. County will submit public notice. 5/28/09 Five routines taken on 4/28/09 were all good and have been posted on SDWIS. Back into compliance.
