Details:	SUMMARY: Violation postcard received by water system DETAILS: Doug called to note that he received a postcard notifying him of two SWTR violations. Orchard Heights has been turning in their SWTR reports each month, but not by the 10th of the month. Doug noted that he will contact the operator and make sure that the reports are turned in on time.
