Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 3 of 4 repeat samples positive following 7/6/ routine positive coliform. Repeat sample from well source was absent. Discussed with Jean Storlie and worked out chlorination recipe for reservoir. System will chlorinate, flush and take special verification samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take verification samples to ensure absent results, submit copy of public notice to be sent out with next water bell and take 5 temporary routines in August.
