Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 7/21/09 DETAILS: Faith informed that they plan to disinfect the system 7/25 and do their repeats when the chlorine is gone. They are still investigating why they had a positive routine. She mentioned water leak and lack of flushing. They are aware to do five routines in August. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for repeat test results
