Details:	SUMMARY: Exceeding the MCL for arsenic DETAILS: 6/18/09 Brad Daniels from the state sent this system a notice regarding the arsenic sample on May 19. The letter defined a timeline by which the system needs to initiate corrective actions. I spoke with john on June 1, 2009 regarding the public notice requirements and asked him to send ma a copy of the public notice that he posted. He faxed me one from the 3rd quarter 2008. I called John back requesting that he post and send me a current public notice. FI did not hear back from John. I sent John a letter on June 8th requesting the same in writing. I havent heard a response from him to date. 8/5/09 I called John and left a message on his voice mail requesting a status update and a copy of his third quarter public notice. ACTION NEEDED: As per the notice of violation this system needs to notify the state as to which correction option they will take by August 30, 2009. The system needs to post and provide our office with a public notice each quarter.
