Details:	SUMMARY: M/R violation for coliform (2nd qt 2008), NO3 SNC (2006-2009 not reported) DETAILS: 7/17/08: spoke to operator on the phone. He said that all missing samples had been taken and promised to send the missing results to the State and to Douglas County for reference. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results. Sample coliform quarterly and NO3 yearly and report to the State Drinking Water Program.
