Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Contacted operator about the need to complete an ERP. I provided him with the state web address and told him how to find the section on emergency response plans for small water systems. We set up date for me to meet, 3/30/09 and discuss the plan. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with operator to review plan
