Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The city of Myrtle Creek owns and operates a Surface Water system, which supplies approximately 3,500 people through 1,450 connections. The Tracer Study was performed at the South Umpqua water treatment plant. The city treats water from the river through a conventional treatment plant consisting of Flocculation, sedimentation and rapid sand filter. HBH was contacted by Sean Neghrebon to complete a contact tracer study. I performed data collection for the test. ACTION NEEDED: Analyze CT testing data and complete report.
