Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Routine sample positive. System took 4 more repeat samples on 9/4/09 and all absent. Called operator Cheryl and discussed. Positive sample sites in home have bee positive in the past. Discussed taking samples on outside hoe bib to rule out fixtures. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 samples in October. System took one routine and 4 repeats in September to satisfy rule of 5 for September.
