Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Coliform results notification sent to our office 9/25/09 at 4:59pm I called Mr. Hews in the morning 9/28/09 and left message. Called again in afternoon and discussed his positive test results. He has had recent positive samples previous to this sample. We discussed sampling technique and location of sites. We also discussed sampling requirements for this and next month. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples need to be taken. He will take 9/29/09. He was unable to take the repeat samples within 24 hours because he was not in the local area. An additional 5 routine samples will need to be next month, October 2009
