Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9-18-09 DETAILS: Steffany called and indicated the Lab Tech pulled the sample from the wrong address. The techs thought they were at the correct address but the house is on a private well. I told Steffany to have the lab send a letter to Chuck Michael at the state describing what happened and that the sample was taken from the wrong place. I left a message for Chuck to let him know the letter will be sent to him. I told Steffany that they will need to take another sample before the end of September to count for the 3rd quarter. She said that she would be sure get the sample and meet the tech to be sure the lab takes the sample from the correct house. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Chuck
