Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Talked with Kathy and she told me she knows about the alert and has already brought in 4 samples for retesting. I also notified her about the 5 routine samples needed to be taken next month. She will notify the person taking the samples ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples within 24 hours. At least 5 routine samples also required during October 2009. Await results
