Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Notice of Violation requirements DETAILS: I received a call from Eric Artner seeking information about the requirements and deadlines specified in the Notice of Violation issued on October 10, 2009. Mr. Artner stated that he is no longer the "owner" of the water system, and was trying to return control of the water system to the pre-existing homeowners association. We discussed the current registration of Eastridge Water Co. as a domestic for-profit corporation in Oregon and that it is currently regulated by the PUC. Mr. Artner asked how he could request an extension, and also requested clarification on the sampling requirements in the NoV. We also discussed the plan review requirements for Well #2. ACTION NEEDED: Await extension request from Aric Artner and sample results to be submitted.
