Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and Copper Optimization DETAILS: Spoke with Steve today concerning EWEBs Optimization determination for corrosion control. I sent a letter dated today deeming EWEB corrosion control to be Optimized! Their recent lead and copper results were at the optimiztion level of 0.005 mg/L for lead and ND for copper. Raising their pH from 7.7 to 7.9 at the entry point and informing their customers on proper sampling techniques seemed to be the contributing factors for this determination. I adjusted the minimum pH at the entry point to 7.6 and 7.4 for the minimum in the distribution system. ACTION NEEDED: none.
