Details:	SUMMARY: did not meet CTs on 2 days DETAILS: Ben called today to say that they did not meet CTs on the 19th or the 23rd. The operator did not tell Ben until today. Due to rounding, there is a chance that CTs were met if values are interpolated. Also, HBH did a tracer study and the contact times are longer than the estimated times, so CTs may have been met when the tracer study contact time is used. I explained to Ben how important it is to call us, and also suggested they set a trigger for a low chlorine residual so that they can turn up the chlorinator before this happens again. He said they are having trouble with their erosion chlorinator, or with high chlorine demand. They are still investigating the situation. ACTION NEEDED: Evaluate CTs using interpolated values and contact times from the tracer study.
