Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Spoke with Susan and she said Oregon Water Services installed a new nitrate filtration system in June 2009…a TN25 nitrate filter. Susan said the filter is not operating properly and they are trying to reach Dan with assistance. Referred Susan to Marsha Fox for plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Submit plan details for the new nitrate system to Marsha Fox for plan review.
