Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed enforcement for arsenic treatment DETAILS: Spoke with Kris regarding the lack of sampling and failure to comply with the Administrative Order issued on February 20, 2008. I told her we needed 2nd, 3rd quarter, and 4th quarter arsenic samples.I also told her we need the most current public notice issued by the system. She stated that she wasnt aware it needed to be updated every quarter. I also stated that we need an extension in place because our next step would be to assess civil penalties. She said that Waterlab is currently processing the sample collected after the most recent changes to the system. I told her that if the sample is below the MCL we can probably just close the Order although they will stay on quarterly monitoring for a year. If the sample is above the MCL I stated we will need an extension in place as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: The system will communicate after they receive results of the most recent water analysis and determine whether the installed treatment is working correctly. After which an extension will be issued or the administrative order will be closed.
