Details:	SUMMARY: Visited water system to brief new owners on regulatory requirements DETAILS: Met with Beth and Jim Walter (new owners effective 12/2/09) regarding regulatory compliance. Informed Beth and Jim that a number of violations are outstanding for the Boulder Creek water system. Outlined in outstanding Administrative Order. The filter plant is currently offline. Beth has order new bag filters and calibration standards for their turbidimeter. Discussed responsibilities of new owners regarding addressing current violations (late monitoring and water quality reports). Viewed intake and filter plant. Discussed disinfection and estimated contact time based on 50,000 storage reservoir prior to first user. Need more accurate information regarding system peak hourly flow, lowest operating water level in reservoir, and water quality. Beth will begin tracking daily turbidity and water quality. Will notify if NTU approaches 5.0. ACTION NEEDED: Check file for status of any advisory regarding serving unfiltered surface water. Check on available data regarding disinfection contact time and CT calculation.
