Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on Positive coliform 10-21-09 DETAILS: Leaks apparently were repaired. He was informed that he must keep the boil water notice and that the lines were supposed to be flushed prior to use. He has been notified via email see attached as well as phone contact. He was notified of the need to do repeat samples and keep the park notified of the status ACTION NEEDED: none
