Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation DETAILS: spoke to owner on the phone and he said the sample was taken but for some reason was not sent in. He assumed the lab was sending it. He said he would contact the lab to ensure the results ere sent to the state ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure sample result is received by state.
