Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on positive coliform DETAILS: Operator has no reason for the latest coliform result. The earliest date that the samples can be taken is 10/19/09. I called operator to pull the 4 repeats today 10/19/09. ACTION NEEDED: Water system has bottled water throughout the plant. Recent flushing fo the system may have contributed to the positive.
