Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance for New Public Water System Owners DETAILS: Met with Beth and Jim Walter to review regulatory requirements for the Boulder Creek WS. Also discussed outstanding deficiencies identified in the 2008 Water System Survey and actions required to address the 2009 Administrative Order. Jason Greene of OAWU was also present during a portion of the meeting to provide consultation to the Walters regarding sample collection (TCR and DBP) and other reporting requirements. I have entered a more detailed accounting of the meeting in a Memo to File in the water system file. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. Future assistance will be provided to the Walters on an onging basis. The Walters will also be receiving technical assistance from OAWU, HBH Engineering (Circuit Rider) and Cascadia Engineering.
