Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample DETAILS: 11/30/09 Left message for Theron. Not sure why the sample was taken on 11/6 but not reported until 11/25. 12/2/09 Received a call from Theron and he said the lab took the sample from an outside hose bib which is from the irrigation well, not the chlorinated water that is provided to the homes. Four repeat samples were drawn and found to be absent. I reminded Mr. Burgess that 5 routine samples would be required in December. ACTION NEEDED: none
