Details:	SUMMARY: Letter sent for elevated lead levels DETAILS: Letter stated that all 5 samples taken August 21, 2009 are representative samples of the plumbing. Should deliver education materials to all users ASAP. Enclosed copy of the rule that contains the required language. Should take two rounds of water quality parameters at the entry point in the distribution system. One ASAP and a second two weeks later. Submit one sample from the wellhead or entry point before November 15, 2009. Flush the distribution system and fixtures each morning before use by students and staff. ACTION NEEDED: Send in copy of public notice and test results.
