Details: SUMMARY: Failed to submit coliform third quarter 2009 DETAILS: I spoke with Ron regarding violation and he informed me that he would be submitting a coliform and nitrate sample to the lab within one week. 10/16/09 Coliform sample was submitted per state website. 10/19/09 Keith Richardson from Callahans, operations manager, called to discuss monitoring requirements. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed to bring violation to compliance.
