Details:	SUMMARY: Firm has missed tests on last quarter for coliform. Last test August 12, 2008. DETAILS: Phone: Talked with Mr Youssef, who stated that an outside company took the tests every quarter. I stopped by on 02/23/2009 and met Delta Consulting that is taking the quarterly water samples. It was confirmed that samples were taken, but it appears the results were not sent. I asked Delta to check that samples had been sent and check with the lab that the sampels had been tested, then resend results. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure that all quarterly samples on coliform and yearly sampels nitrates be recorded and sent to DWP
