Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate Report Violation #3479 DETAILS: Letter: Our records show that your system did not report test reults for Nitrate for the 2008 sampling year. The last test was performed on 10/04/2007. An annual nitrate sample was to have been taken during 2008 and reported by January 10th, 2009 to DWP. Your system has been placed on the non-reporting violation list. In order to be removed, you must sample for nitrates as soon as possible and report results to my office. These results will also fulfill 2009 sampling requirements. You must also post Public Notice at the lodge for 7 days or until the next sample is taken. I am giving your system a compliance schedule. I am asking that you send or bring the nitrate test to my office by the 30th of March. I will then send them to DWP. Failure to comply with this schedule may result in enforcement and/or termination of your Health Division Food Service License. ACTION NEEDED: Sample and report nitrate results by the 30th of March.
