| Details: | SUMMARY: Failed to submit November coliform DETAILS: I spoke with Kim and he explained that he hasnt received notification from the state of any violations and doesnt believe it if he doesnt see it. I explained that I could provide him with a weblink where he could see it for himself and he will be receiving notification from the state soon. I explained the violation was assessed for failing to submit a November 2009 coliform sample. Kim told me that we went through all this last year and that there is a letter in my file that would show me why a November sample was not necessary, namely because system did not operate in November. Kim told me that I could further work this out with another employee, Woody Tesh. I spoke with Woody and explained that there is no letter in our file that waives sampling during this systems operating period if the facility is not open to the public. Woody explained that he was not aware of this and that it would not happen again next year. He also said that a December 2009 sample has already been submitted. I added that if system wishes to do so, they can call me to request their operating period be changed. 12/18/09 Neilson Research confirmed that a 12/9/09 sample was submitted and tested negative.
